Our Craft

Chikankari has been embroidered by hand in Lucknow since the Mughal court — we simply carry it forward.

Every Label Rumi piece is hand-embroidered by Lucknow artisans using stitches passed down for generations — Bakhiya shadow-work, Jali lace-work, Murri knots — on pure cotton, mul chanderi, and chanderi silk. Made to order, not mass produced.
